According to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, BW Photo & CO S.R.L. is, according to the law, a personal data operator and has the obligation to process safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by the individuals.
Your personal data will be kept by BW Photo & CO S.R.L., with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, str. Someșului, Nr. 5-7, Ground floor, Cluj County, registered with ORC Cluj-Napoca under no. J12 / 2268/2009, having CUI: RO26279180, as operator (“the Company”), within the meaning of art. 4 pt. 7 of Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data – for a period not exceeding the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in the following rows or for any other duration required under the storage obligations applicable to the relevant data operator.
1) The personal data we process from you at the time of signing the service contract are:
– name, surname, personal numeric code, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, and signature.
– sensitive data, in case of payment of the value of the services contracted by payment order: bank account of the payer.
2) The personal data we process from you when requesting a BW Photo Booth / BW Photo Bus offer by filling in the “Request for Offer” form:
– name, surname, locality, e-mail address and telephone number.
We process your personal data only for legitimate purposes, in order to ensure the provision of services through photo booths (concept of instant pictures).
We use technical means to store data safely. We do not process data for secondary purposes incompatible with the purposes for which we collected them.
Your data regarding the name, first name, CNP, home address, e-mail, serial and no CI, bank account if applicable and signature are processed based on art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b (“the execution of a contract”) and art. 6 paragraph 1 bed c (“legal obligation of the operator”), both of the Regulation 679/2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
Your data regarding the e-mail address, telephone number are processed according to art. 6 paragraph 1 bed a (“the data subject has given his consent”) of Regulation 679/2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
Yes, your data is communicated according to the legal obligations of the following institutions: ANAF or other authorities upon request.
The right to information – you can request information about your personal data processing activities
The right to rectification – you can rectify inaccurate personal data or you can complete them;
The right to delete the data (“the right to be forgotten”) – you can obtain the erasure of the data, if their processing was not legal or in other cases provided by law;
The right to restrict the processing – you can request the processing restriction if you dispute the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided by law;

Right of withdrawal of consent – in cases where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawal of the consent will have effects for the future only, the processing carried out before the withdrawal will remain valid;
The right not to be subjected to additional automatic or profiling decisions related to automatic decisions: you can request and obtain human intervention regarding the respective processing or you can express your own view on this type of processing.
